The Early Access Service Fee secures priority access to this curated luxury travel experience and compensates Mikey Adventures Travel By Cruise Planners for planning, coordination, reservation processing, supplier communication, and administrative services already performed. Because these services begin immediately upon reservation, all related service fees are non-refundable.
All pricing, availability, accommodations, and travel inclusions are subject to change until confirmed in writing by Mikey Adventures Travel By Cruise Planners and applicable suppliers.
Limited group inventory and supplier-controlled allocations may result in pricing adjustments, availability changes, or reservation closures without prior notice.
Reservation service fees, planning fees, and administrative fees are separate from the remaining travel balance and supplier payments.
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and maintaining all required travel documentation and entry requirements for their destination(s).
Mikey Adventures Travel By Cruise Planners is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documentation.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers participating in international travel experiences.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, supplier disruptions, lost baggage, weather events, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Mikey Adventures Travel By Cruise Planners shall not be responsible for losses, expenses, delays, interruptions, injuries, or damages arising from travel-related incidents or events outside of our direct control.

Reasonable substitutions may be made when necessary to preserve the quality and integrity of the overall luxury safari experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mikey Adventures Travel By Cruise Planners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in any travel experience or use of our services.
Participation in international travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, transportation risks, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, political conditions, health concerns, and supplier-related disruptions. Travelers voluntarily assume these risks when participating in travel experiences coordinated through our services.
